Bourbon Chicken

Ingredients

• 6 chicken breast halves
• 1/3 cup maple syrup
• 3 tablespoons bourbon
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 teaspoon dried thyme
• 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Directions

1. Combine ingredients, coat chicken in bowl with them

2. Marinate for 2-3 hours in covered bowl in refrigerator

3. Grill to taste
