Koreanified Ramen Noodles

By the way, if any of you enjoy Korean food as much as I do, here's how I "Koreanify" my instant ramen (as seen above):

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Boil the ramen noodles in water.
  2. Add the ginger purée, garlic purée, sesame oil, fish sauce, seasoning packet, and chili powder to the pot.
  3. Cook until noodles are done.
  4. Serve topped with chopped green onions.
  5. Optionally, add tofu cubes or enoki mushrooms during cooking to make it heartier.

Notes

This turns an extremely boring ramen meal into something pretty savory. I love everything spicy, so I really lay on the chili powder.
