| Brown: | 1-1/2 link sausage cut into thirds (or use bulk sausage), DRAIN |
| Grease: | 9x11 baking dish |
| Crumble: | 6 to 8 slices sour dough bread on bottom of pan |
| Layer: | Browned/drained sausage Shredded cheese Chopped onion Chopped green pepper (if desired) |
| Whip: | 4-5 eggs 2-1/2 cups milk |
| Pour: | Over ingredients. Refrigerate over night. |
| AM, Mix: | 1/2 cup milk 1 can mushroom soup Pour over refrigerated mixture |
| Bake: | At 300 for 1 hour 15 minutes |
