Sausage Fondue Breakfast Casserole

Brown:1-1/2 link sausage cut into thirds (or use bulk sausage), DRAIN
Grease:9x11 baking dish
Crumble:6 to 8 slices sour dough bread on bottom of pan
Layer:Browned/drained sausage
Shredded cheese
Chopped onion
Chopped green pepper (if desired)
Whip:4-5 eggs
2-1/2 cups milk
Pour:Over ingredients. Refrigerate over night.
AM, Mix:1/2 cup milk
1 can mushroom soup
Pour over refrigerated mixture
Bake:At 300 for 1 hour 15 minutes
