Baked Eggs in Ramekins

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare a water bath for the ramekins and preheat oven to 375°F

  2. Grease ramekins with butter and then sprinkle lightly with table salt, and a generous amount of fresh cracked black pepper

  3. Pour heavy cream into ramekins, crack eggs into the cream

  4. Lay a slice of swiss cheese on top of the eggs and top with a bit more cracked pepper

  5. Place ramekins gently into the water bath and bake in oven for 20 minutes
