Cherry Rum Bread Pudding

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. Grease a baking dish with butter

  3. Break the bread into small pieces in the baking dish, drizzle the melted butter over it

  4. Sprinkle fruit over and around the bread pieces

  5. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, rum, milk, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla

  6. Pour over bread and lightly press the bread pieces down to ensure they've all soaked up the egg mixture

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top springs back when lightly tapped
