Heat oil in pan over medium-high heat until it's nearly smoking
Add the chicken and let it sit on the heat for 4-5 minutes without touching
Reduce heat to medium and flip the chicken
If adding peppers, throw them in now
Cook another 3-4 minutes until chicken is cooked through, then add sauce to the pan
Continue cooking on medium/medium-low, turning chicken to coat, until the sauce is reduced
Allow to rest and then cut the cooked chicken into 1/2 thick slices
Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired
