Chicken Teriyaki

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Heat oil in pan over medium-high heat until it's nearly smoking

  2. Add the chicken and let it sit on the heat for 4-5 minutes without touching

  3. Reduce heat to medium and flip the chicken

  4. If adding peppers, throw them in now

  5. Cook another 3-4 minutes until chicken is cooked through, then add sauce to the pan

  6. Continue cooking on medium/medium-low, turning chicken to coat, until the sauce is reduced

  7. Allow to rest and then cut the cooked chicken into 1/2 thick slices

  8. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired
