Cucumber and Radish Sunomono

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Slice the cucumber and radishes as thinly as you can and place them in a small bowl

  2. Add the salt and toss to coat, then let it sit for at least 5 minutes before squeezing out the excess water

  3. In another small bowl, mix together the rice vinegar, sugar, and soy sauce until the sugar dissolves

  4. Add the vinegar mixture and sesame seeds to the vegetables and mix well
