Toasted Sticky Rice

Directions

  1. Heat a frying pan on low heat and add uncooked Thai sticky rice with no oil

  2. Stir continuously to roast them, watching for color change. It should slowly turn darker brown and become very fragrant (15 minutes, more or less)

  3. After the rice has toasted, let it cool and then crush it up into a powder. (Spice grinder, food processor, or mortar and pestle will all work)
