Bourbon Mustard Sous Vide
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup brown mustard seeds
- 6 Tbsp cold water
- 2 Tbsp white vinegar
- 1/2 cup malt vinegar
- 50 mL bourbon
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 1 1/2 Tbsp mustard powder
- 1 black garlic clove
- 1 Tbsp barley malt syrup
Directions
- Combine all ingredients
- Sous vide 99.5F, 3 hours
- Process
