Pickled Eggs

Ingredients (Made on 8/11/2020)

• 12 hard boiled eggs, peeled
• 4 cups white vinegar
• 4 cups water
• 1 tbsp sea salt
• 1 tbsp peppercorns
• 2 tbsp pickling spice
• 1 tsp crushed red pepper
• 6+ garlic cloves, slightly crushed
• 5 jalapenos, 1/4" slices

Notes

1 cup white vinegar 1 cup acv 1/3 cup sugar 1.5 tsp kosher salt
