  1. Boil and peel eggs

  2. In a bowl or ziplock bag, combine the soy sauce, mirin and water

  3. Add eggs to the marinade and put in the fridge to soak

  4. Wait overnight or up to 3-4 days to serve, then cut in half and use as desired
