whisk together: 12.75oz / 3 cups all purpose flour 6 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp baking powder 4 tsp cocoa powder 1.5 tsp salt

whisk together: 3 cups milk (2%) 6 tbsp vegetable oil 4 tbsp food coloring 4 egg yolks

beat: 4 egg whites

stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients stir 1/3 egg whites into batter fold remaining egg whites into batter gently

~1/3 cup of batter per pancake
