Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F

  2. Drain and rinse the chickpeas, then pat them dry

  3. Toss the chickpeas with a generous drizzle of olive oil and generous pinches of salt, then spread evenly across a baking sheet

  4. Roast for 20 minutes, or until crispy

  5. Pull from oven and if seasoning with other spices, toss that all together while they're still warm
