Sauteed Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Heat oil over medium-high heat and add brussels sprouts

  2. Season with salt and pepper and cook, stirring frequently, until caramelized (8-10 minutes)

  3. Add 1/3 cup water and cook until evaporated, around 2 minutes

  4. Remove from heat and add lemon juice, tossing to coat. Serve immediately
