Thai Larb Salad

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Add ground meat to a pan and brown it, breaking it into very small pieces as you turn it (go as dark/crispy as you like)

  2. Add the toasted rice powder, chili flakes, sugar, fish sauce, and lime juice. Stir to combine and check seasoning (fish sauce to get it saltier, lime juice to make it more sour, more chile flakes if it's not hot enough)

  3. Throw all the herbs/veggies in and give it a good mix. Check the seasoning one more time

  4. Serve with cooked sticky rice and top with fresh mint or Thai sweet basil and toasted rice powder to taste
