Tosh Smoothies
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup water
- 1 scoop protein powder
- some carrots (6-8 baby?)
- some frozen spinach (half a cup?)
- some yogurt (a cup?)
- some frozen fruit (a quarter cup? pref something tangy)
Directions
- All ingredients are kind of optional, but if you leave out the banana and don't have something sweet/tasty in there, it'll taste gross
- Soak the chia in water for a few minutes
- Add the other things
- Blend the shit out of them
- Add water to thin out the consistency, if desired
